Feeding device: Firstly, the flat metal sheet is fed into the working area of the corrugated machine through the feeding device.

Stamping mold: After the metal sheet enters the mold, pressure is applied to the upper and lower parts of the mold, forcing the material to pass through the corrugated area of the mold. A mold usually consists of an upper mold and a lower mold, with a defined gap between them so that the metal sheet can be stamped into a corrugated shape.

Hydraulic system: The hydraulic system provides the required pressure to drive the up and down movement of the mold. The hydraulic system consists of an oil pump, oil tank, motor, oil pipe, and hydraulic transmission mechanism. The oil pump sucks hydraulic oil into the oil tank and delivers it to the mold through the oil pipe to complete the stamping process.

Control system: The control system is responsible for managing the operation of the entire corrugated machine, including adjusting pressure, speed, and other key parameters. Control systems typically include electrical components, PLC controllers, and touch screens.

Forming process: Under the collaborative action of the hydraulic system and control system, the metal sheet is continuously stamped to form a continuous corrugated shape. During this process, certain parts of the metal sheet will undergo plastic deformation to adapt to the shape of the mold.

Finished product output: The formed corrugated sheet is then removed from the furnace for further processing or directly packaged for shipment.
